What payments do you accept?

We accept online credit card payments via Stripe.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). 

What are your shipping details?

All orders are shipped via NZ Post with tracking and shipping is calculated at the checkout. If you have special instructions or require signature on delivery please send us a message via the contact page before placing your order.

We do ship to Rural addresses. Please select the Rural shipping option at checkout.

Once you have placed your online order please allow 1-2 business days for processing. When you package has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation via email with NZ Post Tracking ID and a link to track your order.

We do not ship to addresses outside of New Zealand.

What is your Returns Policy?

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind on dog treats or food items. Some sale items are also ineligale for returns or refunds.

If you change your mind on a purchased non-food item, or sizing is incorrect, you may return post your products within 7 days for a refund or exchange provided the following conditions are satisfied:

– You contact us via the contact form or email within 7 days from the delivery of goods to explain your intention and received instruction for the return.

– Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned (this may be the order email). 

– The product must be unused with the original tags and packaging in place and be in resalable condition (it must not have been damaged or soiled).

– The returned item must be well packaged for shipping and costs are at the buyers expense. Postage Tracking is required on all returned items. 

For change-of-mind returns you will be given a refund or an exchange for the same item in a different size. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

What do I do if items are damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective and you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we can happily accept your return and provide you with an exchange or refund. Please notify us that you wish to return your products within 7 days of receiving your goods. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

– You must contact us via the contact form or emil within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will issue a return order and provide instructions on how to ship back.

– Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned (this may be the order email). 

– The product must not have been damaged in any way by you.

Once your damaged goods have been returned and assessed you will be given a replacement item or refund. No extra shipping costs apply.

What is your Warranty Policy?

Most of our products and suppliers offer guarantees on their products. If you have bought an item  from us and wish to make a Warranty Claim, please contact us directly. We will work with the supplier and process the warranty on your behalf to facilitate a solution, repair or replacement.

Some of our brands are US based so turn around time can vary depending on the time of year, product and complexity of the issue. In most instances any work should be completed and back to you within 1-2 weeks.
